My fathers name was Clinton Lamphere. I was born and raised in Grand Rapids Mi. My Grandfathers name was Charles Lamphere, He had three sons and a daughter, None was named Chester that I know of..As I recall there were not many Lamphere's living in G.R. when I was young, 70 yrs ago.....My father was born in 1894. In Lowell Mi I think.....
