Thomas Thompson's (1749-1810) Will

I am trying to locate the will of Thomas Thompson (1749-1810). At one time he lived in Prince Edward County, VA but I have been unable to locate a will for him there. He may have died in one of the surrounding counties. His wife was Nancy Waddill Carter. They had four sons: James Thompson 1770-1840, Carter Thompson, John C. Thompson, and William Thompson. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
