Looking for confirmation of parents of John W. Riddle: Gideon RIDDLE/Rebecca CALDWELL; on census in St. Clair, Cleburne, Clay, Randolph and Talladega counties, AL; 1800s. Gideon apparently b. 1803, Ogethorpe, GA. Other children of Gideon Riddle: Louisa, Sylvanus Walker, Jasper, William H H, Mary, Robert, Gideon, Margaret. John W. Riddle m. Sara Alice Heifner; lived in Benton/Calhoun County, AL; late 1800s, early 1900s.Appreciate any info.
