Notes

Thornton shows (on p. 75) Job being from Scott Co, TN, but marriage record shows that bride, groom, and both families were from Whitley. The record is not entirely clear, but it appears he's listed as Jobe, and the date was unclear as well (could only make out the March 1856). Will use Thornton's date of the 3rd for now.
